The Mallorcan chain VIVA Hotels, owned by Pere Pascual, have opted for our services when carrying out necessary reforms at their establishments to make them ready for next season.
Aware of how maintenance and continuous improvement to the hotel infrastructure can influence performance, the company has decided to take advantage of the winter break and refurbish three of their most outstanding hotels in the northern part of Mallorca. More specifically, these initiatives have improved the quality of services on offer at the hotels Eden Lago, Golf Adults Only+, and Blue&Spa, located in the Bay of Alcudia.
Our multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians specialises in hotel reformation. This is something that large companies in the sector regularly carry out to adapt to new scenarios and ever-increasing demands from customers. Preparing hotel establishments becomes a fundamental tool to heighten management productivity and it is a great added value that has a direct effect on guest satisfaction.
During the works, Estel focused its activities on the areas electricity, air-conditioning, hot water and fire-fighting systems, at all times guaranteeing a reduction in costs and shorter time frames for project execution. As usual, the different actions have been aimed at achieving maximum energy savings and providing greatest possible comfort.
The renovation projects have allowed for the incorporation of high-performance systems for air-conditioning, plumbing and energy, as well as the most advanced safety methods available to ensure the protection of workers and visitors.
These works are now added to a list of hundreds of projects involving comprehensive installations at hotels undertaken by Estel for the most prominent national and international hotels in the sector.
More comfortable hotels with better service
The Mallorcan chain has undertaken these renovations with the aim of increasing comfort and sustainability at their hotels for the upcoming season, in line with the guaranteed commitment Estel brings to all its projects. Our team has tackled these three tasks using the very latest technology available, aimed at sustainable development and a reduction of energy and water consumption, among other things.
The four-star hotel VIVA Eden Lago is an establishment located next to Lago Esperanza, a mere 300 metres from the bay. With modern room types (8 studios and 4 apartments) it offers first-class facilities that prioritise well-being and privacy above all else. The rooms stand out thanks to their large private terraces featuring a hydromassage bathtub, providing complete relaxation in front of a beautiful view.
Then we have the Hotel VIVA Golf, a four-star superior hotel that rises above the beach, located in the first line by the Alcudia Bay, near the best golf courses on the island and 1 km from the ruins of the Roman theatre. This adults-only establishment has more than a hundred modern and elegant rooms, as well as open spaces that visually link it with the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea.
Last, but not least, there is the aparthotel VIVA Blue&Spa, also a four-star establishment, located 6 km from the beach in Muro, near Alcudia and next to the national park S’Albufera (the largest wetland area on the Balearic Islands). Its spacious and luxurious rooms, its premium facilities and its private gardens are the main attractions.
