At Estel we have completed the renovation of the central atrium in the Paradisus Cancun Hotel, one of the most emblematic hotels of Meliá Hotels International America, which has more than 600 rooms and privileged Caribbean Sea views. The pyramid-shaped atrium houses the new restaurant called Lemon Fish, which completes the complex gastronomic offer along with 9 other places.
We’ve carried out all the installations of the central core, but it is worth highlighting the ventilation installation, which has been carried out to improve the comfort of the area by installing giant fans of 5 meters in diameter. These fans, in addition to providing a unique and innovative aesthetic value, prevent the accumulation of stagnant air and reduce humidity in the environment, making them an optimal option for hotels in tropical areas such as the Paradisus Cancun.
This project has had an added complexity due to the glass pyramidal structure that houses the space, but our team has been able to carry out the comprehensive installation, guaranteeing at all times the safety and technique required for this type of project.
Next you can see a series of photographs of the installation process, as well as the final result.
