From Estel we have launched our first specific training course in plumbing in collaboration with Cruz Roja Illes Balears, ASINEM and Fundación laboral de la construcción.
Within our corporate social responsibility we highlight our commitment to work integration, therefore, with this course is intended to contribute to social inclusion by learning a trade, as well as offering the opportunity to hire within the company itself.
An initiative that has had enough convening power and will have its next editions very soon covering training courses in the field of installation and maintenance.
The course has lasted for 140h offering the student basic knowledge, both practical and theoretical, about facilities, ready to take their first steps in the world of work.
After completing the course many of them will be incorporated into our staff, ensuring their continuous learning and professional projection within the company.
