Ocean El Faro by the famous hotel chain H10 Hotels is an exclusive, recently built resort. When designing its installations, quality and incorporation of the latest technology were in focus to ensure a unique experience for all guests, always with the best guarantees.

Project Details

  • Electrical installations: electricity generation, distribution and protection, medium and low voltage.
  • Safety installations: fire detection and extinguishing systems.
  • Telecommunications installations: CCTV and voice-data system.
  • Installations for air-conditioning, mechanics and hydraulics: sanitation, rainwater, SCW and SHW plumbing.
  • Home automation and control installations: BMS (Building Management System) and Control Room.
