Pont i Vic is a historic gem located in the Old Town of Palma. Built by the Morell family at the beginning of the 16th century, it was not until the end of the century that it acquired the Renaissance style that it has today. Currently this palatial home has been converted into a multi-family property where the modern style is intelligently mixed with the historical legacy it presents.
After 28 year and projects done in 20 countries, the 50% of our turnover comes to projects carried out in foreign markets. We have several international delegations in México, República Dominicana, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, USA, Qatar, Perú, Colombia and Argelia.
