According to the United Nations, the world’s population will grow by 25 percent in 2050, reaching 9.7 billion inhabitants. As a consequence, energy consumption will increase by 50 percent and water consumption by 55 percent. With the current linear economy of “make, use and dispose” we are depleting our natural resources like solid fuels and water, and causing serious and unsustainable environmental consequences.
The model of linear economy is no longer a synonym for growth. Based on these facts, ESTEL is committed to the circular economy, “Redesign, Reduce and Recycle”. Through the application of new technologies and the installation of new affordable and environmentally sustainable energy production systems, we help to save energy, reduce water consumption and minimize our carbon footprint.
After 28 year and projects done in 20 countries, the 50% of our turnover comes to projects carried out in foreign markets. We have several international delegations in México, República Dominicana, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, USA, Qatar, Perú, Colombia and Argelia.
