Description

Instituto Balear de Infertilidad (now IVI Palma) is one of the reference fertility centers in Spain. Estel Ingeniería y Obras has been in charge of executing the general installations of the Instituto Balear de Infertilidad in Palma de Mallorca. A project in which our firm has been able to reflect all its experience and strength through innovative and high-quality facilities.

Project Details

Electrical installations: low voltage.
Hydraulic installations: sanitation, rainwater, plumbing, SCW-SHW (sanitary cold water and sanitary hot water), fire extinction.
Air-conditioning installations: filtering and air treatment for the laboratory area.
Safety installations: CCTV (closed-circuit television), fire detection.
Telecommunication facilities: voice-data.
