Description

Estel Ingeniería y Obras has intervened in the comprehensive installations of the new Hotel HM Palma Blanc, built in the emblematic Firestone building, on Calle Ramón y Cajal in Palma. It is a complex of contemporary design that consists of 118 rooms and that includes in its objectives a clear vision towards sustainability and energy efficiency.

Estel has been in charge of executing the automation installations and renewable energy systems.

Project Details

  • Monitoring of the individualized electrical consumption of each room.
  • Industrial control of machine rooms for their optimization based on external conditions and thus reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.
  • Industrial control of air conditioners, dehumidifiers, solar panels and recuperators in noble areas for their best performance and energy use.
  • Irrigation and lighting system in ecological gardens located on the roof of the building.
  • Recharging of vehicles through 60 charging points distributed in 3 parking floors.
