Hotel HM Dunas Blancas, managed by HM Hotels, is one of the most well-known modern hotels in the area Playa de Palma – S’Arenal on Mallorca. The idea behind its renovation was to provide wide spaces, modern, natural and organic design, and the most innovative and safe installations available at present. The goal: to completely transform the hotel and ensure the best possible experience for its guests.

Project Details

  • Electrical installations: low voltage, home automation and integral control of installations.
  • Air-conditioning and installations for plumbing, rainwater, sanitation and SHW production.
  • Telecommunications installations and audio-visuals: CCTV, voice-data, sound.
  • Safety installations: fire detection and extinguishing systems.
