It is located in spectacular Playa Mujeres, in Cancun, Mexico and these new accommodation facilities have been designed with the idea of providing a unique and unrepeatable experience for each guest. In order to provide this an innovative project was planned, both in terms of design and in terms of installations and engineering. Establishment with LEED certification
Project Details
- Electrical installations: Electrical generation, distribution and protection, medium and low voltage.
- Mechanical installations, hydraulics and air-conditioning: sanitation, rainwater, SCW and SHW plumbing.
- Home automation and control: BMS (Building Management System).
- Safety installations: automatic fire detection and extinguishing systems.
