Description

Sol Alcudia Center has a long history as one of the classic aparthotels in the Port of Alcudia, on Mallorca’s northern coast. It is a modern aparthotel filled with comfort-oriented details. The renovation focused on installations for electricity, air-conditioning, sanitation and telecommunications, as well as introducing innovative home automation systems.

Project Details

  • Low-voltage electrical installations, home automation and integral control of installations.
  • Air-conditioning and plumbing, rainwater and sanitation installations.
  • Telecommunications and audio-visual installations: CCTV, voice-data, sound, distribution of user services through a passive optical network (GPON)
  • Safety installations: fire detection and extinguishing systems.
