- Low-voltage electrical installations. Integral control of installations.
- Installations for air-conditioning, plumbing, sanitation, rainwater and SHW production.
- Safety installations: fire detection and extinguishing systems.
- Telecommunications and audio-visual installations: CCTV, voice-data system, distribution of user services through a passive optical network (GPON).
