2. Why do we process your data? Your data will be processed for the management and control of our personnel selection processes.
3. How have we obtained your data? Your curriculum has been provided either directly by you or through the employment website where you have registered to participate in our selection processes.
4. How long will we keep your data? We will keep your CV up to 1 year from its last update so you must submit a new updated CV if you wish to continue taking part in our selection processes. However, we will keep your data for the periods of time provided in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet any responsabilities arising from the processing.
5. To whom may we communicate your data? We will not communicate your data, unless legally obliged to do so or with your prior consent.
6. Legal basis of the processing. The legal basis for the processing of your data is your own desire to participate in our personnel selection processes and our legitimate interest in managing them.
7. What are your rights? You have the right to have confirmation of whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to have access to it. You may also request that your data be rectified and completed when it is inaccurate and incomplete, as well as request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
